There is a processing period of 2-5 business days before your order is shipped. Any orders placed on Fridays after 12:00PM PST will be processed Monday morning.

Free economy shipping in the United States with all orders of $100.00 or more. All U.S. orders under $100.00 will be charged the standard, economy or express shipping fees.

Once your package leaves our facility we can not guarantee the delivery dates will stay the same. Please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-888-742-5877) if you have any questions regarding delivery. You will be e-mailed a tracking number to the e-mail provided at check out to be able to track as well.
 
It is the customers responsibility to confirm the shipping address before purchase. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect, or undeliverable, address. If you need to change the address please contact our customer service immediately. Any duplicated shipping costs due to the wrong address will be the customers responsibility. 

International shipping to either Canada or Australia will have a calculated shipping cost at check out and will take 5-18 business days, after processing times, to arrive. If you meet the requirements for a drop off (living in Oakdale, CA), all drop off orders will be delivered on Fridays. If you would like your order before the delivery days, please contact us so we can plan a pick up.
