Oh no! You received your item and it is not what you imagined or does not fit. At Poshed Magnolia we carefully inspect all items to make sure your item is in perfect condition and packaged with love so that your items will not be damaged during shipping. All purchases are subject for store credit only within 30 days of receiving and must contain the tags attached. We will not refund the original payment option. If the item shows any indications of being worn we have the right to send the item back to you with out any refund. Please allow 3-6 business days to process the return and your store credit e-gift card to be e-mailed to you.

  • Requested within 30 days of the received date.
  • All item(s) must still have tags attached.
  • Item(s) can not show any indication of being worn, damaged, washed, or a scented fragrance on the item.
  • Return shipping will be covered for U.S. orders only. 
  • We do not refund to the original payment option.
  • No returns on final sale items. 
  • No returns on any jewelry, hair accessories, belts, scarves, hats, or intimates.
  • The store credit will be only for the item(s) you purchased and will not include shipping.
  • During the return process, any items that are not eligible for return will not be available to select.
  • Exchanges are not available due to our high demand and not being able to promise that your item will be available in your size. We recommend you buying the item in the correct sizing and then you can return the original item for store credit on an e-gift card.
  • We do not cover return labels for International, APO or PO box addresses. Please send returns to our office at 645 Ranger Street, Oakdale, CA 95361 and allow 3-6 business days after delivery to receive your store credit e-gift card. 
  • Return package must include the item(s) and the return packaging slip. Any additional items in the returns package that were not included on the packaging slip will not be eligible for return and will not be credited to your store credit e-gift card.
